Youth Ministry Certification
On Tuesday May 17th, the Diocese of Kerry acknowledged and celebrated 15 youth ministers who have just completed the Diocesan Course in Youth Ministry.
For parishes wishing to reach out and engage with young people, there is a need for trained adult leaders, who can nurture caring, supportive relationships where young people experience the Good News. Youth Ministry is the response of the Christian community to the needs of young people, and the sharing of the unique gifts of youth with the larger community. The Course in Youth Ministry will equip leaders to reach out and undertake this key role with young people.
