John Lannon is CEO of the refugee and migrant support organisation Doras where he oversees a programme of work covering immigration and international protection, refugee resettlement, support for migrant victims of crime, integration supports including education and employment, and migrant health. He has also worked in the private sector and academia before joining Doras, and as a consultant with a number international development and human rights NGOs. He holds an MA in Peace and Development Studies, and a PhD in human rights reporting and information management.
