Celebrate Nature
in
the Diocese of Kerry
10th September at 7.30pm
Check out what is happening in the Diocese of Kerry to celebrate the Season of Creation which is marked throughout the Christian world from 1st September to 4th October (Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi) and celebrates the joy of creation as well as encouraging awareness-raising initiatives to protect the natural environment.
Join the launch of this short documentary as we journey around the diocese to explore what actions a parish, schools and an individual are carrying out to support and protect nature.
This year’s Season of Creation has as its theme “Peace with Creation”, inspired by the passage from Isaiah 32:14-18;
Let us come together in hope of a peaceful Earth
We hope that the following resources will help you and your parish community to celebrate the Season of Creation 2025.
