Made for More – New Senior Cycle Non-Exam RE Curriculum

The new Senior Cycle Religious Education framework for Catholic Schools offers a contemporary and engaging approach to faith formation, inviting young people to explore questions of faith, meaning, identity and purpose.

The framework is rooted in a Head, Heart and Hand pedagogy: developing understanding, encouraging reflection and encounter, and inspiring meaningful action.

Across four modules, students explore faith and life through discussion, research, reflection, creativity and action. Key Assignments provide opportunities to demonstrate learning and make meaningful connections between classroom learning, personal experience and the wider world.

The framework supports a vibrant Senior Cycle Religious Education experience, helping young people to grow in faith and live with purpose.

Living Love – New Senior Cycle SPHE/RSE Resource for Catholic Schools

Living Love is a comprehensive, values-based Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) resource for Catholic schools. It offers a wholesome vision of wellbeing, love, life and relationships, presented in a way that is engaging, accessible and respectful of the diverse experiences and backgrounds of students.

Designed specifically for the Irish classroom, Living Love provides ready-to-use presentations, teacher notes and student handouts, supporting educators to approach RSE with clarity, confidence and compassion within a Catholic framework. This is a free resource for those who register on the website.

The Senior Cycle programme is amde up of three modules and 19 units.
